IMG Announces additions to their Bradenton campus. Known as an elite sports and educational destination is now able to offer accommodations to match. Nestled in Bradenton, Florida, IMG recently invested in a new $19 Million dollar student residence hall with 250 dorm rooms, a resident life recreation space with an outdoor pool, beach volleyball court and fire pits, and a 150-room hotel located at the entrance to the campus.
The Legacy Hotel first opened its doors in Mid-October. Legacy Hotel General Manager Geoff Gaumer says that IMG recognized there was a demand for upscale accommodations on the property. The facility comes equipped with 107 double queen rooms, 43 king rooms, a wellness spa, fitness center, meeting and catering spaces, a restaurant and bar. About 75-80 full-time staff will work there.
