This week, and for the third consecutive year, Tandem Construction has received media recognition for several high profile projects that are currently under construction in Southwest Florida. Every year the Business Observer FL releases a TOP 30 PROJECTS List (from Tampa to Naples) that includes large scale projects, valued at more than 15 Million Dollars. In 2013, Tandem was recognized for the IMG Multisport Complex, IMG Academy Residence Hall and Sarasota High School’s West Campus Renovation. In 2014, Tandem was recognized for their accomplishments with Sarasota County’s new Emergency Operations Center. This year, Tandem received recognition for the IMG Academy Academic Center and Student Union, and the Infinity Longboat Key Luxury Residences.
