Department of Management Services Trammell Building HVAC Renovation

Tandem Construction was selected by the Department of Management Services to oversee a comprehensive HVAC renovation to the 10-Story Trammell Building in downtown Tampa, FL. The first three phases of work included the renovation of operational government office space that was actively used throughout the workweek. Tandem provided very detailed phasing plans that required our superintendent and subcontractors to work nights, lay-down new protective material at the beginning of each shift, manage airside equipment change-outs and upgrades, and then clean the area before employees arrived back at the office in the morning. The project was constructed in 4 Major Phases, with multiple sub-phases, addressing a major government building renovation.
