Lakeview Elementary School Wing 100 and Re-Roof

The Lakeview Elementary School Wing 100 and Re-Roof contract called for the renovation of a classroom wing (wing 100) and a school-wide roof replacement. During this project our team renovated art rooms, classrooms and a kitchen and installed new equipment/FF&E in each of these buildings. Tandem was also responsible for a small portable farm during this project, including the demolition of 7 portables. This project was on an active campus and was multi-phased allowing all school activities to remain operational.
