Longboat Key Club - Harborside & Islandside Country Club

The harborside project consisted of a 22,000 SF formal dining room, kitchen, grill room and pro shop. The complex serves as the major facilities for a golf, tennis and yacht club on Longboat Key, Florida. The club services over 480 members and their guests as well as offering banquet facilities for club events and public gatherings. The Islandside project renovated the existing clubhouse facilities and accessory buildings. The project upgraded the public spaces including dining facilities and fitness/exercise rooms.
