Forty Carrots New Family Center

Located at the Northeast corner of Bahia Vista Street and Cattlemen Road in Sarasota, Florida the new family center will be approximately 6,760 Gross Square Feet. The scope of work includes slab on grade, masonry, and concrete framed structure with wood beam/ joist and wood deck roof structure, interior wood framing, standing seam metal roofing, TPO roof system, aluminum entrances and storefront, overhead coiling door, exterior painted stucco, drywall and insulation, floor and ceiling finishes, interior painting, hollow metal doors and frames, specialties, casework with countertops, MEPF’s, communications, electronic safety and security.

In addition to the work described above significant site improvements including clearing, fill, grading, compaction, water and fire distribution, storm and sanitary collection, asphalt pavement, curbing, sidewalks, landscaping, and irrigation.
