IMG Academy Student Residence Hall 5-Story

The five-story, 105,000 SF student Residence Hall provides 500 beds with the capability and flexibility to expand to 1000 beds for IMG Academy’s summer program. The building is constructed with cast in place concrete, CMU and a precast concrete floor system. The envelope is designed for 130 mph wind speed / impact and includes state of the art access control and closed circuit surveillance systems.
