Sarasota County Government Mid County Tax Collector's Office

The Mid-County Tax Collector’s Office Project included the new construction of a 10,700 SF Structure on a greenfield site, with adjacent parking, a drive-thru lane, and a closed driving course for drivers' license road tests. The Tax Collector’s office is a masonry and structural steel building with a metal roof. The MEP-heavy structure required a surplus of floor boxes and low voltage access for each work station and office space to accommodate the fast-paced service.
